🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 2-4+ years in real estate, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or analytics
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Highly proactive, strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience operating in an AI powered workflow
- Exposure to underwriting, valuation, or business case development
