Role overview

As a senior leader in HEOR/RWE, you will define and execute the global health economics and outcomes research strategy to demonstrate the value of our medicines. You will lead high-impact studies using real-world data, health economic modeling, and payer evidence generation to inform clinical development, regulatory submissions, pricing, and market access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR/RWE strategy and study programs.
• Design economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and conduct data analyses using claims, EHR, registries, and other real-world data sources.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to plan evidence generation.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership, payers, and health technology assessment bodies.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Public Health, or a related field; or MD with pharmacoeconomics experience.
• 8+ years in HEOR/RWE with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in economic modeling, statistical analysis, RWE methods, and health technology assessment.
• Experience with payer engagement and health economic submissions.
