Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite with deep expertise in HCM modules
Lead deployment tasks: gather requirements, design/configure Workday, prototype systems, assist testing, and knowledge transfer
Work with data-conversion teams to migrate legacy data into Workday
Configure and test Workday integrations with third-party or custom solutions
Mentor new consultants and coach others on Workday product knowledge
Communicate clearly and collaborate on team-based projects

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner HCM Certification
4+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar apps
Demonstrated project management experience
Travel +/-10% depending on project
