- Lead deployment: gather requirements, design/configure, prototype demos, test.
- Collaborate on data conversion to migrate legacy data into Workday.
- Configure and test Workday integrations with third-party or custom solutions.
- Mentor new consultants and share product knowledge.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
🎯 Requirements
- Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
- Expected travel is +/-5% depending on project
