Deploy on client teams: gather requirements, design reports, test configs, travel.
Collaborate on client data conversion to migrate legacy data securely.
Ensure compatibility with downstream translation; assist integrations.
Promote Workday best practices and client adoption; drive satisfaction.
Provide status reports to PMs; maintain Workday certifications.

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner Reporting Certification.
2+ years of Workday Financials or HCM experience.
Experience developing analytics and data insights.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar.
Proven experience in Core Financials, Spend, Revenue, or Core HCM.
