We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Vice President/ Country Manager UKI to lead and drive our sales efforts in a key geographic region. The AVP will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, expanding our market footprint, and achieving significant revenue growth in alignment with the company’s goals.
Position Overview:The Area Vice President UKI will oversee a team of account executives within a designated region. This senior leadership role is crucial in accelerating the growth of the company's sales by driving strategic sales initiatives, expanding market share, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The AVP/Country Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, product, and operations, to ensure the success of the sales strategy.
This position demands a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of Saas sales cycles, team development, and the ability to lead with a hands-on approach. You will be tasked with ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded while creating a high-performing and motivated sales team.
Key Responsibilities:*Please note this role is required in the office in London, 2-3 day per week on a Hybrid working arrangement.
