Business Development Representative

Overview

Amplemarket is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team in Europe. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and helping to build a strong pipeline for Amplemarket’s SaaS platform. You will collaborate with an international team and gain hands-on experience in modern outbound sales while working remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to target SMB and mid-market accounts in Europe
• Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Refine messaging and adapt to different buyer personas
• Track and report on key metrics during weekly sales meetings
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• 0-2 years of sales, customer-facing, or internship experience
• Comfortable with remote work and self-motivated
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable
