Role overview

The successful candidate will design, execute, and optimize microfluidic experiments, develop robust assays, and contribute to data-driven decision making in cross-disciplinary project teams. Collaboration with engineers and scientists will be essential to advance product development and scientific understanding.

Responsibilities

Design and perform microfluidic experiments and assay workflows
Develop and optimize protocols for microfluidic applications
Analyze data and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams
Document methods and results for internal reports and potential publications
Maintain and troubleshoot microfluidic systems and instrumentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, bioengineering); Master’s or PhD preferred
Hands-on experience with microfluidic devices, microfluidic assays, or related lab techniques
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
