🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years in Cyprus financial services compliance (AML/CFT, MiFID); 2+ years in senior roles.
- CySEC Advanced and CySEC AML certifications.
- Experience preparing AMLCO deliverables and second-line monitoring.
- Proven track record engaging with CySEC, FIU, or auditors.
- Experience drafting policies and overseeing AML/CFT frameworks in EU entities.
- English fluency; Greek is a plus.
- Uses AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency.
