🎯 Requirements
- PharmD and licensed pharmacist in state of employment.
- 3+ years clinical pharmacist experience; PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred.
- Strong pharmacology knowledge and FDA health regulations.
- Deep diabetes care and disease state management expertise.
- Organized, high integrity, detail-oriented, dependable.
- Energetic, motivated team player; maintains confidentiality.
