Monitor regimens for therapeutic goals, adverse effects, and interactions.

🎯 Requirements

PharmD and active Texas pharmacist license required.
Expected to obtain Louisiana license.
Minimum 3 years as a clinical pharmacist; PGY1/PGY2 preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and process management.
In-depth pharmacology knowledge, FDA regulations, and chronic disease mgmt.
Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality, detail-oriented care.
