🎯 Requirements
- PharmD and CA pharmacist license
- Advanced practice CA pharmacist per two criteria: ACPE cert, residency, or 1500 hrs clinical
- 3+ years clinical pharmacist experience
- PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred but not required
- Strong pharmacology/FDA knowledge; excellent communication
- Able to work remotely with hybrid onsite collaboration
