- 3+ years of clinical pharmacist experience; PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred.
- Strong pharmacology knowledge, FDA regulations, and evidence-based care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork.
- Ability to educate patients and support medication safety.
