Hi, we’re AMBOSS, and we’re looking for a Working Student in our HubSpot team.

Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

This is a unique chance to get hands-on experience with one of the world’s leading CRM platforms, HubSpot, while working alongside experienced HubSpot and Sales Operations professionals in a fast-paced, mission-driven health tech company.

You’ll actively contribute to process improvements and see firsthand how data, automation, and CRM governance come together to drive real impact. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-curious, and passionate about the intersection of business and technology, this is your opportunity to make meaningful contributions while accelerating your skills and career growth.

You will:

  • Support the HubSpot & Sales Operations teams with day-to-day CRM tasks such as data entry, list building, and user support.

  • Help maintain clean, high-quality data in HubSpot through imports, deduplication, and audits.

  • Assist with setting up email workflows, forms, dashboards, and basic automation in HubSpot.

  • Document and organize HubSpot training materials, FAQs, and best practices to support internal onboarding.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g. lead tracking improvements, territories assignment).

  • Research and present insights on new HubSpot features and industry best practices.

  • Shadow and learn from our HubSpot and Sales Ops team members, getting exposure to platform governance, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement.

You bring:

  • You are currently enrolled at a university in Germany, ideally studying Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in your studies.

  • Your are based in Berlin and available to work 15-20 hours per week (flexible around exams and holidays).

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German a plus.

  • You are interested in CRM systems, marketing automation, and B2B business processes; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.

  • You bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you're the type who double-checks spreadsheets and enjoys structured work.

  • You have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, formulas) or are eager to learn quickly.

  • You have strong organizational and communication skills, feel comfortable asking questions, and take initiative.
