We’re looking for a Sales Development Coordinator to drive expansion into the US PA Student market. This individual will lead the (virtual) roadshow/webinar efforts for the US PA Student Market - the key initiative for bringing an established medical education resource to a new B2C market. This is an exciting opportunity to drive measurable impact and be a part of a proactive, collaborative, and dynamic team.
Why can this position be exciting for you?
You will play a key role in bringing AMBOSS events to life. In this role you will own student outreach to generate new leads; the planning, organization, and execution of events (primarily virtual, potentially in person), and discount opportunities for students, aimed at expanding AMBOSS’ presence in this market. You will foster meaningful connections with students, and manage all logistical, strategic, and organizational aspects of this initiative – from outreach, event planning, to follow-up sales – end to end.
The right candidate will benefit from acquired early learnings from the PA student market, as well as from our successful growth in the US medical student market since 2017, and adapt these to fit the needs and specificities of the market at hand. This is a hands-on position requiring someone motivated to learn, adapt, and experiment to find what works. You will report directly to the US PA Student Market Lead, Jess, a US-trained PA.
You will:
Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US PA Roadshow activities, fostering both new and existing relationships
Your contributions will take place behind the scenes: coordinate virtual school visits and (some) on-site demonstrations by converting student leads into event organizers. You will join webinars for Q&A support.
Strategize, plan, and execute on-site events and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to US PA Students
Utilize a data-drive and analytical approach to optimize user and revenue growth
Collaborate closely with teams, including B2B, Marketing, and Clinicians, to spearhead unified strategies to capture the US PA Student Market
You bring:
1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success or relevant internship experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to be a good storyteller
Strong analytical skills: ability to methodically collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data in order to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies
A test-and-learn approach: you’re analytical, comfortable with limited data, and quick to pivot based on results
High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace
Experience working with US Students is a plus
Familiarity with software tools (e.g. Hubspot, Looker, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus
You enjoy:
Taking full ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Building from scratch—you’re excited by new markets and figuring things out on the go
Being hands-on—you don’t just strategize; you execute, test, and adapt quickly
Collaborating across teams—you work closely with B2B, marketing, and data to drive success
Making an impact—your work directly shapes how AMBOSS grows in the US PA student market
The annual salary for this position is a range of $60,000 - $70,000, depending on different factors such as experience, skills and impact.
