Job Description
Amber Charter Schools is seeking a Kindergarten Classroom Teacher for the Amber Charter School Inwood campus. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive learning environment and deliver a developmentally appropriate kindergarten curriculum to young learners.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily lessons aligned with early childhood standards
- Foster a safe, welcoming classroom that supports student engagement
- Assess student progress and communicate with families
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to support student success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- State teaching license/certification appropriate for kindergarten
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
