Elementary Classroom Teacher

Overview

Amber Charter Schools is seeking an Elementary Classroom Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for elementary students and delivering high-quality instruction aligned with state standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess dynamic, student-centered lessons for elementary students
• Create a positive classroom environment that supports social-emotional learning
• Monitor and report on student progress, communicate with families, and collaborate with colleagues
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and provide appropriate accommodations
• Maintain organized classroom routines and uphold school policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• Valid teaching license/credential for elementary education
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to equity, high expectations for all students, and professional growth
