First contact for student behavior incidents and referrals.
Responds promptly to behavior concerns with intervention and de-escalation.
Facilitates student reflection conversations and restorative responses.
Supports culture systems with clear, consistent expectations across the building.
Coordinates meetings with families, students, and staff.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
6 months of experience with students in school or youth programs.
Strong command of Google Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills; build relationships with students, staff, families.
Calm, firm, and empathetic in challenging situations.
Complete fingerprinting and reference checks.

Salary range: $58,500 - $62,063.
Exempt position.
