- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routing for timely maintenance.
- Build customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Travel Monday–Friday within a designated service radius of 150–250 miles.
- Drive safely to reach service locations and comply with traffic laws.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and installation of systems.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday within service radius.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with access control or fire alarm systems a plus.
