- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Travel Mon–Fri within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Ensure security and function of AMAROK perimeter systems.
- Build strong relationships with customers via service and support.
- Organize daily service calls and plan routes for timely work.
- Submit service reports and documentation on time.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems.
- Experience with access control systems or fire alarms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel Mon–Fri weekly.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders.
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication; analytical problem solving.
