📋 Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
  • Travel Mon–Fri within a 150–250 mile service radius.
  • Ensure security and function of AMAROK perimeter systems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via service and support.
  • Organize daily service calls and plan routes for timely work.
  • Submit service reports and documentation on time.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing security systems.
  • Experience with access control systems or fire alarms is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel Mon–Fri weekly.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb ladders.
  • OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication; analytical problem solving.
