- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Perform overnight travel within a 150-250 mile service radius.
- Ensure security and functionality of AMAROK systems nationwide.
- Assist the Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Drive safely and follow all local and company safety policies.
π― Requirements
- Must be available to travel Mon-Fri weekly.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
