AMAROK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations in the Maryland region. This role requires hands-on technical work, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service in customer environments.

Role: Field Service Technician
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Document service visits, issues found, and parts used in the service system.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain basic parts inventory and ensure safety compliance during fieldwork.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
- 1+ years of field service, technician, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; willingness to travel as needed within the service area.
