Field Service Technician

Job Description

Field Service Technician at AMAROK. This on-site role is based in Victoria, Texas. The Field Service Technician will install, service, diagnose, and repair AMAROK equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities include on-site service visits, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, component replacements, calibrations, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Qualifications typically include technical or trades training, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read manuals and schematics, a valid driver's license, and good communication skills. Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose, and repair AMAROK equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site service visits and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and replace components as needed.
• Perform calibrations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and document service activities.

Requirements

• Technical or trade-school background or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
