Role Overview

A Construction Subcontractor will supervise subcontractor activities, read blueprints, manage logistics, and communicate progress to the project team. This is a remote-friendly contract position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities on multiple job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Procure materials and coordinate logistics to keep schedules on track.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, General Contractors, and clients to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction subcontractor or field supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
