Amach is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead strategic client relationships in Europe. This on-site role is based in Köln, Germany.

Role overview

As a Senior Account Director, you will own and nurture high-value accounts, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients in the region. You will partner with executive-level stakeholders to develop long-term account strategies and ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients in Europe
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
Forecast, track, and report on account health and pipeline
Represent Amach in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic reviews

Requirements

8+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales/account management
Proven track record of winning and expanding strategic accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
Based in Köln, North Rhine-Westphalia, or willing to relocate
