We are seeking a trained RPA Engineer with expertise in the UiPath ecosystem, GenAI capabilities and Integration Service. The ideal candidate will have solid RPA lifecycle knowledge, impressive process mapping and documentation skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Proactive and innovative, they will drive quality automation solutions while collaborating successfully in agile environments
Required skills:
- Candidates should be highly proficient at RPA development with UiPath Studio and working with the UiPath ecosystem (Automation Cloud, Integration Service)
- Experience with UiPath GenAI capabilities such as: Document Understanding, Communications Mining and Process Mining
- Experience in working with the UiPath Integration Service
- Skilled with RPA development lifecycle methodologies, UiPath Standards of Development
- Proficient in activities such as mapping processes, creating As-Is and To-Be diagrams and creating and maintaining RPA-related documentation
- Well-versed in communicating with clients and stakeholders and presenting technical information to a non-technical audience
- Resourcefulness in identifying solutions and being able to tackle challenges head-on without relying solely on direct instruction
- Robust ability to work autonomously with an anticipatory, innovative mindset
- Experience working with agile development
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Working co-operatively with RPA Product Owner, RPA Business Analyst, RPA Lead Engineer and RPA Architect to design and develop high-quality automations of business processes that meet RPA industry best practices and standards
- Ensuring quality automation by using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and working with the RPA Testers to prevent any potential bugs
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Bring innovative approaches to the project functional areas that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better, and cheaper solutions
- Communicate progress and statuses within the Scrum team and to Engineering and Product Management
- Producing and maintaining RPA related documentation
Desirable skills:
- Experience in using versioning tools such as BitBucket or GitHub
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Certification for UiPath RPA Advanced Developer (UiARD)
- Knowledge of API systems
- Self-motivated and avid learner who strives to continually improve
