PMO Coordinator at Amach
We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to support our Project Management Office in Dublin, Ireland. This role will help ensure successful delivery of programs by maintaining governance artefacts, tracking milestones, and producing clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program and project activities across multiple work streams
- Maintain governance artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs
- Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations
- Prepare and circulate regular reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate governance meetings and reviews
- Support portfolio governance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PMO or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
