We’re hiring an experienced Physical Security Networks Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale transformation portfolio across access control, CCTV, intercom, ANPR, and wider physical security technologies. This role will shape and manage the transition to a future-state security architecture, ensuring systems, suppliers and operational processes align to long-term strategic goals.
You will act as a central delivery lead, working closely with internal stakeholders, operational teams and external vendors to coordinate upgrades, roadmap execution and knowledge transfer activities.
Please note: this is a hybrid role, requiring at least 1 day per week onsite at our customer’s Heathrow office.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Strong commercial background, ideally with experience in outsourcing or managing complex vendor landscapes
- Deep understanding of physical security technologies such as access control systems, CCTV, intercoms, ANPR, and related platforms
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder security or infrastructure programmes
- Ability to develop transition plans, manage suppliers, and coordinate technical and operational workstreams
- Experience supporting consolidation, upgrade or modernisation of physical security systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Lead the delivery of a physical security technology programme, ensuring alignment with strategic architectural direction
- Coordinate upgrades, integrations and consolidation activities across access control, CCTV, and broader security systems
- Manage vendor engagement, commercial considerations, and sourcing options to support long-term delivery needs
- Oversee roadmap execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are managed effectively
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure operational readiness across teams and suppliers
- Act as the central point of delivery coordination across internal stakeholders, security functions, and external partners
Desirable skills:
- Experience working within the aviation or airline industry
- Background in managing or exiting complex vendor contracts and transitions
- Familiarity with regulated or safety-critical operational environments
