About Amach

Amach is seeking a Fleet & Customer Experience Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that optimize fleet operations and enhance the experience of our customers. This role collaborates with operations, logistics, procurement, technology and customer support to deliver programs on time and within scope.

Role Overview

The Fleet & Customer Experience Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of projects related to fleet management and customer experience improvement. You will translate business needs into actionable project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success metrics for fleet and CX initiatives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risks and issues, and change controls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project workstreams.
  • Monitor KPIs such as fleet utilization, costs, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within fleet operations and customer experience workflows.
  • Create documentation, training materials and standard operating procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in operations, logistics or customer experience.
  • Experience in fleet management, supply chain or field operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) and data analysis (Excel or SQL).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Desirable / Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems, route optimization or analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
