Job Description

Amach is seeking an EUC Engineer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on End User Compute (EUC) services to enable a productive and secure workforce. The EUC Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting end-user computing environments across devices and platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support EUC solutions for Windows endpoints and user devices
Manage imaging, software deployment, patching, and application delivery
Administer endpoint security, MDM/EMM tooling (e.g., Intune), and user security policies
Troubleshoot complex EUC incidents and provide timely remediation
Collaborate with IT, security, and service desk teams; maintain runbooks and documentation
Monitor service health, usage, and performance; contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in End User Compute engineering or IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows client OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365, Intune or other MDM tools
Scripting skills (PowerShell or similar)
Experience with imaging, software packaging, deployment, and patch management
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change/problem management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
