Amach is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team and work with one of our customers on a Global Currency and Loyalty product within their Business Services division. This role focuses on the delivery of loyalty-related transfer and conversion products that enable customers to move value between different loyalty programmes and partner platforms.
The Delivery Lead will work closely with a highly technical Product Owner, senior engineers, and external partners to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
The role can be based in London or Porto.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Senior Delivery Manager, or similar role in a complex product or platform environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain delivery progress and technical concepts clearly.
• Experience leading Agile delivery with senior engineering teams.
• General technical understanding of modern software delivery, including APIs and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and external dependencies.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
Delivery and Team Leadership
• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Global Currency product space, focusing on transfer and conversion products.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to support roadmap delivery, backlog prioritisation, and alignment to business objectives.
• Partner with the Tech Lead to manage dependencies, delivery risks, and sequencing of work.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, helping the team stay focused and productive.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery updates, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders within our customer organisation.
• Coordinate delivery with external partners and third parties as required.
• Manage expectations and provide transparent updates on progress and issues.
Technical Awareness and Product Delivery
• Bring a solid understanding of software delivery to support discussions around APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.
• Work alongside a highly technical Product Owner and senior engineers, without needing to be hands-on technically.
• Support the delivery of future roadmap initiatives, including new partner integrations and account linking or transfer capabilities.
