We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and business-focused

Business Analyst

to support the delivery of our customer's

Digital Vision Program

, a multi-stream initiative with significant interdependencies across thecustomerdigital journey.

This role sits within their

Customer PMO dept

and requires someone who can work flexibly across

multiple value streams

, dynamically manage priorities and collaborate effectively with Product, UX, Engineering, QA and wider business teams.

The BA will ensure requirements are fully captured, translated into clear acceptance criteria and aligned across the DV landscape to support high-quality digital delivery.

Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office three days a week.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, product or customer-focused environments

  • Excellent logical thinking, attention to detail and ability to handle complex rule sets

  • Experience working across business and technical stakeholders,

    including third-party partners

  • Ability to navigate multiple workstreams and changing priorities

  • Comfortable using Confluence, Jira and learning internal systems quickly

Key responsibilities & duties include:

Requirements & Acceptance Criteria

  • Work with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements

  • Translate requirements into

    clear, testable acceptance criteria

    , including rules, exceptions, dependencies, data formats, mandatory/optional inputs, localisation and customer experience considerations

  • Ensure acceptance criteria support both

    UX design

    and

    QA testing

    by capturing all edge cases and validation rules

Cross–Value Stream Collaboration

  • Work across multiple value streams, understanding their interdependencies and shifting priorities

  • Reprioritise workload quickly as programme demands change

  • Maintain context across parallel workstreams and ensure continuity of requirements

  • Engage with third-party vendors and partners to gather, clarify, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment across external and internal teams

  • Collaborate with external delivery teams to map end-to-end processes, business rules and system impacts

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Product Management on requirements, prioritisation, and business value alignment

  • Work with UX to ensure customer journeys reflect business rules and exceptions

  • Support QA by ensuring testable, unambiguous acceptance criteria

  • Liaise with SMEs and technical teams to validate assumptions and close gaps

Programme

  • Support structured requirements management within a complex digital transformation environment

  • Mitigate risks of missing requirements, misalignment across workstreams or rework

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence

  • Experience with digital acquisition, segmentation, orpersonalisedcontent delivery

  • Customer Lifecycle Management, including

    Decision Modelling

    for customer journeys, triggers, segmentation, or rule-based decision flows

  • CRM platforms or customer engagement systems

  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
