The TeamThe Postgraduate Recruitment Representative will be part of a collaborative, continent-wide recruitment team and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will also work closely with the Dean of the ALU School of Business to ensure alignment between our enrolment efforts and the school’s strategic vision.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Postgraduate Recruitment Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving fee-paying enrolments into ALU School of Business’s MBA programme. You’ll operate as a commercial lead — not just an executor — with full ownership of your pipeline, targets, and market approach.
This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial professional who can work independently, think strategically, and make data-driven decisions to convert leads into enrolled students. You must have a deep understanding of the MBA programme, our value proposition, and how we differentiate from competitors in the executive education landscape.
You’ll report to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with the Dean of the School of Business, but you will be expected to lead and problem-solve autonomously, with strong ownership over performance and outcomes.
