Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Billing to own the end-to-end billing experience for our customers. You will partner with engineering, design, finance, and operations to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-focused billing capabilities that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Define the billing product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Own end-to-end billing flows, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition, and subscription lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable billing systems and APIs
• Work with Finance to ensure accurate billing, revenue reporting, and compliance
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to enable new billing scenarios and pricing changes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in billing, payments, or fintech
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition
• Experience with Stripe or similar payment providers and financial integrations
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (SQL strongly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across teams
• Ability to define clear product roadmaps and measure impact
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
