Role Overview

We are seeking a Director, Advisor Transitions to lead the end-to-end process of transitioning advisors onto the Altruist platform. You will design scalable workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in advisor experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Own and manage advisor transitions from onboarding to stable operation.
Develop, refine, and scale transition playbooks and processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Product to ensure a seamless experience.
Define and track transition metrics, reporting on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Mentor and coach team members; contribute to strategic direction.

Qualifications

Experience in advisor transitions, client onboarding, or partner enablement.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement scalable processes and playbooks.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and drive improvements.
