Order Processing Specialist

A day in the life of our Order Processing Specialist: 

• Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and billing  details.  
• Verify purchase orders (POs), contracts, and sales agreements for compliance with company policies.  
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to confirm order details before invoicing.  
•  Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner. 
• Ensure proper documentation (e.g., approvals, tax forms) is attached to invoices.  
• Handle invoice adjustments, credits, and rebates as needed. 
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing errors, and order mismatches.  
•  Work with customers and internal teams to clarify and correct order issues.  
• Assist with collections by providing necessary order and invoice documentation.  
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment disputes related to order  discrepancies. 
• Maintain accurate records of order statuses and billing updates. 
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, invoicing, and payment terms.  
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and AR teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash
• processes.  
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, accounting or related major.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in financial record bookkeeping and accounting functions advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong math, tying and computing skills.
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated.
• Professional English Competency.
