Position Overview

The Summer Associate, Client Service, Portuguese Speaker, 2026 at AlphaSights is an internship designed to develop client service and research coordination skills. This role requires advanced Portuguese language proficiency and the ability to support US-based clients in San Francisco.

What you’ll do

• Support the client service team in delivering high-quality client support and coordination.
• Coordinate with internal researchers to fulfill client requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining CRM records.
• Prepare client-ready materials, status updates, and internal reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and team projects in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for

• Active pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree (internship).
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to work on-site in San Francisco during the internship.
