IT Technician

📋 Description

• Serve as first contact via service desk; log, categorize, prioritize, resolve, or escalate tickets.
• Identity & access (Okta): assist sign-in issues, MFA resets, and basic SSO.
• Collaboration suites (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365): email troubles, password resets, license management.
• Joiner/Mover/Leaver: prepare equipment, provision access, recover assets, and de-provision accounts.
• Endpoint support: troubleshoot macOS/iOS and Windows; WiFi, VPN, printing, peripherals.
• Device deployment: Jamf (Apple) and Intune (Windows); Apple Business Manager/Enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

• A-Levels or equivalent.
• People-oriented communicator (English); explain tech clearly and de-escalate.
• Positive, team-oriented, and composed under pressure; willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong problem-solver; comfortable with ambiguity; takes ownership.
• Growth mindset; eager to learn new technical skills.
• Passion for technology, especially Apple (macOS/iOS); willing to learn Windows.
• Basic IT concepts; interest in Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Nice to have: CompTIA A+, Apple device support/deployment learning, Okta fundamentals, and Microsoft certifications.
