This full-time role focuses on attracting and hiring top university graduates for the Americas region, coordinating campus outreach, organizing interviews, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with universities, career centers, and student organizations to develop campus recruitment strategies
Manage end-to-end campus recruiting processes, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
Plan and host campus information sessions, career fairs, and on-campus interviews
Build a strong talent pipeline for the Americas region
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate personas

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in early talent and campus recruitment
