Associate, Client Service, Portuguese Speaker, 2026

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate in Client Service who is fluent in Portuguese to join our San Francisco team in 2026. In this client facing role, you will partner with senior client teams to understand their knowledge needs, coordinate research deliverables with our global analyst network, and ensure exceptional service. You will act as a primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, manage project timelines, and help translate insights into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day to day liaison for assigned Portuguese-speaking client accounts
• Gather client requirements, define project scope, and coordinate with researchers to deliver timely insights
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to clients
• Prepare client-ready reports, briefs, and presentations
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Native or proficient Portuguese speaker; strong written and spoken English
• 1-3 years experience in client services, account management, sales support, or research coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Willingness to learn AlphaSights' research processes and industry domains
