Associate, Client Service (Norwegian Speaker) – London

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate to join our Client Service team to support Norwegian-speaking clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This on-site role in London provides an opportunity to work closely with clients and our global research teams to deliver timely insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Norwegian- and English-speaking point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinate with researchers and internal teams to fulfill knowledge requests and ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM, track requests, and monitor progress against SLAs.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing client enablement, helping clients navigate AlphaSights’ platform and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools; comfort with technology and processes.
• Prior experience in client service, research support, or related roles is a plus.
