Role overview

As an Associate in Client Service, you will be the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, coordinate with internal researchers, and help ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as a client service representative for Mandarin-speaking clients
Coordinate with researchers and internal teams to fulfill client requests
Ensure timely delivery of insights and high-quality client experience
Maintain clear, professional communication in Mandarin and English
Support onboarding and ongoing success activities with clients

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in Hong Kong
University degree or equivalent
