Role Overview

Associate, Client Service will partner with global clients, respond to inquiries, manage account requests, and ensure timely delivery of services. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive service mindset. Japanese language fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients
• Coordinate client requests and schedule engagements with internal research teams
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client services across time zones
• Maintain high-quality client relationships and support client success

• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken)
