Role: Associate, Client Service, Japanese Speaker, 2025

As an Associate in Client Service, you will be the primary point of contact for our Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery of insights. You will work closely with our research teams to coordinate requests and updates, and to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their needs and expectations
Coordinate research requests with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables
Provide consistent, high-quality updates and progress reports to clients
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence

Requirements

Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Customer-service mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
