The Role

Associate, Client Service, Italian Speaker, 2025 — London. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering exceptional client service, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting consultants in fast-paced client engagements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
1-3 years of experience in client service, consulting, research, or related operations.

Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with CRM/tools is a plus.
