The Role

Associate, Client Service, Italian Speaker, 2025 — London. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering exceptional client service, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting consultants in fast-paced client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and project needs.
  • Support consultants with scheduling, research requests, and project logistics.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, consulting, research, or related operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Organizationally oriented with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with CRM/tools is a plus.
