Job Description

Associate, Client Service, Filipino Speaker, 2026 at AlphaSights is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery of insights. You will collaborate with internal researchers and teams to understand client needs, coordinate research requests, manage project timelines, and maintain strong client relationships across Asia. Fluency in Filipino is required to support AlphaSights’ diverse client base. This position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced global consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison for assigned clients and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate research requests with internal researchers to meet client needs
• Manage timelines and ensure accurate, timely communication with clients
• Support cross-border client relationships across Asia; communicate effectively in English and Filipino
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Filipino speaker
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in client service, research support, or consulting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed team
