Role: Associate, Client Service, Danish Speaker

As an Associate in Client Service, you will be the primary contact for Danish-speaking clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of insights and high-quality service. This position is based in London and suited for a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client service contact for Danish-speaking clients.
• Coordinate with research and delivery teams to fulfill client requests with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Assist with onboarding, project tracking, and status updates.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure timely delivery of insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in client services, consulting, or research support is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment in London.
