Senior Director, Expert Insights - ECS at AlphaSense

AlphaSense is seeking a strategic, senior leader to guide the Expert Insights program within ECS. In this role you will lead the development and execution of expert-driven insights that inform product strategy, content creation, and client success.

Responsibilities

Lead the Expert Insights program and set its strategic direction for ECS
Build and manage a high-performing team of researchers, analysts, and subject-matter experts
Collaborate with Product, Data, Content, Sales, and Client Services to translate insights into product improvements and client value
Develop content strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality expert insights
Influence roadmap and business decisions through data-driven insights
Represent the function in leadership meetings and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in research, insights, or related field
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external experts
Ability to translate complex information into actionable outcomes

Location

Based onsite in Chicago or New York City. On-site presence is expected.
