Role: Sector Lead, Healthcare - Channel & Customer Research

As a remote Sector Lead for Healthcare, you will design and execute strategic channel and customer research programs to uncover key insights across healthcare providers, payers, life sciences, and vendors. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into tangible product, go-to-market, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define research objectives, design studies, and manage end-to-end research programs focused on healthcare channels and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a team or coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Product, and Customer Success to embed insights into strategy and roadmap.
• Represent AlphaSense with external partners and clients when needed, communicating complex data clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare market research, channel research, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading research initiatives that influence product and business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Comfort with remote work and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
