AlphaSense is seeking a Sector Lead, Consumer - Channel & Customer Research to lead consumer insights across channels and customer touchpoints. This remote role supports the United States market and collaborates with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end consumer research programs focusing on channel dynamics and customer interactions.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to translate insights into actionable strategy, roadmap, and positioning.
- Develop research plans, recruit and manage participants or vendors, and synthesize findings into clear executive-ready insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders with compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
- Establish governance for research practices, ensuring data quality, ethics, and compliance.
- Mentor junior researchers and analysts; collaborate with data science teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in consumer research, market research, or related field with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with B2B/B2C environments, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS/R, Tableau/Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
